Prime Vision supports customers worldwide in critical postal and logistic processes. We offer 24/7 support, are eager to fix and take ownership for what we do. A good level of English is mandatory, but we offer free in-house language training when needed. As the support team, we achieve high availability of our systems to support the high standards our customers demand.

The job

Our company is all about innovation in IT. On the development side we have some of the best brains in the industry, who are busy concocting new software and solutions built around recognition technology and Big Data. We are active in several markets with the primary focus for Prime Vision being the global postal and logistics market. We are a full-service company and therefore provide solutions via project development and subsequent service and support processes ensure that our customers are covered.

We ensure that in several countries worldwide, letters and parcels arrive at the customers’ doorstep, every day, and in time.

Your background

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or any other field as long as you can convince us why this job has to be yours!);
  • You keep breathing when things don’t go as planned;
  • You can multitask while still keeping an eye out for possible improvements;
  • You are not afraid to gather a group of people in the middle of the night to solve an issue.
