Do you like IT and customer contact? Do you want to gain international knowledge of different operating systems and networks? Then we are looking for you!
Solving customer problems independently and escalating to colleagues on time, if necessary;
Resolving incidents, operational activities and changes (releases, patches and configuration changes);
Registering and monitoring incidents, operational activities and changes in Topdesk;
Unburdening the customer by telephone and by email, as well as analyzing and dealing with complex technical questions / incidents by customers through remote service.
Bachelor degree in a technical field supplemented with relevant courses;
Knowledge of programming languages C #, Delphi, Python is an advantage;
Knowledge of various operating systems and knowledge of networks (TCP / IP) is a plus;
Experience with process automation is an advantage;
Good communication skills at all levels and a healthy dose of persuasion, also in English and German;
Customer orientated, accurate, stress-resistant and a flexible;
