What is Robotic Sorting?
Robotic Sorting is an autonomous sorting solution designed by Prime Vision to create a flexible and future proof sorting center.
Most sorting centers are static and lack flexibility to easily adapt to changing circumstances. Robotic Sorting gives you the ability to change any sorting center into a smart and flexible sorting center. Instead of fixed chutes, future sorting centers makes use of intelligent robots autonomously making sorting decisions for parcels. All that is needed is a flat surface and in a few days your robots are good to go!

How we work
From concept to completion
All Robotic Sorting projects start with a comprehensive meeting to understand customer requirements, followed by a feasibility study. A detailed proposal is then submitted, covering system configuration, 2D/3D floorplans, implementation timeline, and cost estimates, sometimes including a simulation using Fleet Management Software.
The design and engineering phase follows, with robotic components assembly and system integration at the customer’s facility.
Comprehensive training is provided to the customer’s staff, and after successful testing, the operational system is handed over.
Prime Vision offers ongoing support and maintenance for smooth functioning.
