In recent months, all existing volume records have been broken for our Postal and Parcel customers. We are proud that we have been able to support our customers in such a way that there were no significant production disruptions.
2020 has been an extraordinary year. In recent months, all existing volume records have been broken for our Postal and Parcel customers. Also, mail volumes increased significantly due to people sending more personal season’s greetings cards and letters. Some of our clients even doubled the number of parcel and mail pieces in the month December, compared to last year.
With due pride we are pleased to share that there were no significant production disruptions in the peak period of December and we are very proud of our Services teams that have put a lot of hard work into supporting our customers in the best possible way.
