SORTING AS A SERVICE

Prime Vision can fully service the core applications in the sorting process, where we not only guarantee a uptime of your sorting chain, but also ensure the highest recognition performance levels at all time. Core applications in our service offering includes: workflow management, image lift, recognition, video coding and sorting decision.

The whole sorting chain can be delivered within your IT infrastructure or fully integrated as a SaaS solution.

SERVICE LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT

In a constantly evolving business environment, we will make sure you can rely on your system through service life cycle management. We offer support for your specific requirements and system maintenance, logistics management and business improvement processes.

We build software in such a way that it can be released to production at any time. Changes of all types—including new features, configuration changes, bug fixes and experiments— can be made during production, or into the hands of users, safely and quickly in a sustainable way.

The Prime Vision service desk is reachable during office hours for our customer to handle calls. Whether it is an incident, a status update, a request for change, a question or a service request, the service desk is the single point of contact (SPOC) for the customer.

Office hours are based on Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 CET (Central European Time). The service desk offers first and second line support. The service desk will also align the third line of support for solutions provided by Prime Vision. Click here to read more about our 24/7 options.

Within the hosting service, we offer managing of the production environment or platform, consisting of hardware, storage, operating system, specific middleware and possibly a database, to install and exploit the client application.

Hosting takes place on an existing or new platform of your choice. Prime Vision offers a variety of platforms as well as a combination of different types of platforms.
