Hot on the heels of our "web-enabled" video-coding announcement, Prime Vision is pleased to announce that another module of our award-winning ParcelVision parcel recognition platform has been "web-enabled".

Introducing the new “Web-Enabled” Parcel Archive Module The new web-enabled module is our Parcel Archive that provides clients the capability to review parcel images and complete process history for every parcel handled at the sorting centre; a powerful tool for customer services and operations management alike.
Denmark first to go-live '
The first ParcelVision system has already been upgraded for a major client in Denmark and is now in operation. Previously, the Parcel Archive was accessible via dedicated terminals at the sorting centre only. The enhanced web-enabled Parcel Archive allows complete flexibility to securely access the archive utilizing a standard web-browser and the public internet meaning that all parts of the organization can now benefit from this important tracking data, not least of which, customer services.
