Crisplant’s Australian air Express installation including Prime Vision Video-Coding wins award
Crisplant systems installed for Australian air Express (AaE) have won major national and state awards within months of becoming fully operational. The state-of-the-art sortation systems were installed by Crisplant into new-build facilities in Melbourne and Sydney as part of AaE’s major ‘Building our Future’ investment programme.
Crisplant contracted Prime Vision to deliver advanced video-coding applications for processing parcels for which no EDI data has been received. The VCS application includes automatic ROI finding, auto rotation and auto zooming. Apart from this an extensive image archive was developed to store images that help improving Quality Control.
