Your key areas of responsibility will be:
You will be part of the team that will improve and expand our software. The job has a wide variety of activities; from web-based management information systems to ensuring our image processing algorithms are robust. You will be solving complex challenges on code-efficiency and re-usable code. Several times a year you will be taking the software to the customers’ location and installing it in to a production environment. You will also be giving technical support to answer any questions or feedback of our customers.
Your profile:
You are a teamplayer, have a lot of enthusiasm, job satisfaction, talent in the role of Software Engineer, flexibility and creativity. You like doing challenging work and are able to speak and write in the Dutch and English language. Furthermore you like the prospect of international travel!

Organization description:
Prime Vision belongs to one of the top three companies in the world in the field of advanced recognition software (OCR software). Every day millions of parcels, letters, banking forms and license plates are being processed by our recognition software. Clients such as Siemens, DHL , NEC, ING Bank and a whole variety of other postal companies rely on our technology and our software is at the very heart of our clients mission-critical operations.
Our corporate headquarters is located in Delft and from this office our software is developed, tested and released. Within the organization the software engineering team is responsible for the designing, building, testing, releasing and maintenance of our software. Due to our strong growth in international markets, we are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with initiative and knowledge of their profession.
