Sub-System Integration- Islands of automation: Often Prime Vision works with OEM's, material handling integrators and end-users in developing an "island of automation" within a larger system or process. These solutions tend to be based on a specific task such as the complete identification and recognition of a product, mail-piece, parcel etc and will require many hardware and software components to be integrated together as a cohesive solution;
Software Platform Integration- Developing a new platform operating layer, for example to enable new services, video-coding, automated recognition. May be a new-build or retrofit utilising existing hardware and software infrastructure;
Complete Platform Integration- Encompassing all hardware and software integration, material handling systems, databases and management consoles and reporting. May be new-build or retrofit utilising existing hardware and software infrastructure.

In addition Prime Vision is an expert solution provider for the complete IT platform based on HP or Dell for complete design of network environment, server's, racks, workstations, power systems and redundancy.
Material Handling Integration Expertise
Prime Vision has worked with all the major material handling companies in the warehouse, logistics and postal sectors from letter sorting systems, flats and parcel systems, warehouse management systems (WMS) and pallet and carton handling systems. Our engineering team has specific experience with Crisplant, Beumer, Siemens, Pitney Bowes, Dematic, Distrisort/Eurosort, Solystic and Elsag amongst others.
Software Integration Expertise
Prime Vision solutions are integrated into a very wide range of software situations, both proprietary and open (CEN) interface environments. Where possible, Prime Vision always promotes adoption of open interface design, however where proprietary interfaces exist we have a proven track record of developing interfaces where necessary to fit the existing situation.
